Court Continued

Well I went to court this morning for the 2 felony charges only to get told that they didn't have all the proper documents and I have to go back on the 16th. Ugh- Bastards.... But my lawyer thinks it will get thrown out- he said it doesn't seem like they have the right paper work, and I printed out the e-mail from my old neighbor saying he wasn't persuing the charges that he took out against me- well that the police made him take out against me. And the felonies will most likely be reduced to misdemeanors. Which is good- And I also found out that my lawyer never exponged my record for the paraphanalia charge so I still have that- so I am getting these 2 felony charges exponged. So things are looking up.
Thank God. I mean seriously- someone was trying to tell me something. I am in the process of changing- I have not went to church yet to become closer to God. Me and Timmy need to go to some churches and find one we like. We'll be going together.
The only bad part of this- Is that I am spending alot of money on lawyers and court costs and shit. And I am still facing this DUI charge. If that gets dropped- I'll know that I have an angel looking out for me. TJ...... I bet its him. Showing me that my behavior is damaging to my future.
This weekend I'll be in SC with Timmy. I can't wait to get away for the weekend and just relax with him. Maybe we can get in the hot tub and relax a little. We had sex in it last time we went in there! LOL! I don't like sex in water tho- Its too sloshy and you can't move too well. So I just bent over the hot tub and we did it out of water. He told me to bring some dress up clothes this weekend- Yessss.... I am excited. He told me he wanted me to bring my little mini-skirt (thats like WAY mini) and my white knee highs some heels and a white triangle bikini top- with my hair curly I might add! LOL!
I have no pics of me posted in this diary- and I was just about to post some but Image shack is doing something funky- all my pics are little red x's and now its saying cannot find server. So fuck if I know- I'll fix it later and post some pics. But yeah- Timmy loves my hair curly. He thinks I look even sexier with it curly. I dunno- I like it straight cause its easier to deal with.
Well I am gonna hop off here- get my work done, I got some merchandise certificates in the mail from Victorias Secret so I am gonna go play there after work and go to the tanning bed!
