I have court tomorrow- I am pretty nervous even tho nothing will be done tomorrow- I am nervous about my lawyer trying to get my felonies reduced to misdemeanors. I hope he can- I mean its dumb that I was charged with felonies. The cars were open and nothing was stolen. Fuckin dumb ass cops.
Anyways- So I have to drive all the way to Charlotte after work on Morehead street and meet my lawyer. Fun stuff. And tomorrow- I have to wake up at the butt-crack of dawn and drive to downtown Charlotte and be in the criminal courts building at about 8:45. This blows. I am def. tanning tomorrow cause I'll need to relieve some stress.
The people working on my website are bitching at me for some more pics. I need to take some. I dunno what Timmy will say about ti tho. He really can't say much unless he wants to help me pay for my court costs and my lawyer. Which I know he doesn't so I need this money. I need my fuckin site open. You know I can do it for a couple months or like a year and then close it down. NO biggie- No contract or commitment. Its my shit.
Teresa will be in court with her mom tomorrow- Me.... I'll just be with my lawyer. She has told everyone that it was all my idea to look in cars for cigs- But you know what- She was right there with me. Not telling me no or anything- doing the same shit I was. So whatever- Not so much Miss Innocent. But its ok- I am use to being the bad guy. She'll get off this easy- She'll go into defferred prosecution and be on probation for 12 months and be fine. I can't do that cause I have a pending DWI charge. But she is paying her lawyer 1500 bucks to repesent her- while mine is like 700. Only cause I used him before for so much shit. My drug charges and speeding tickets. As well as advise- I know my lawyer well.
So yeah- I can't wait to take off this weekend and go to SC and forget about all this for a little while. Oh and guess what- My friend Tabitha invited me to her wedding! I can't wait- this is the first wedding I have ever been to. Not many of my friends got married- Just had babies. Plus alot of us are not too close to marriage at this time. But I am so excited! She is such a sweet girl with a really big heart, we are alot alike in so many ways- I can't believe I didn't hang with her sooner! And its cool cause she's getting married Feb 25th and she doesn't want to party like she has been- she wants to chill out and I am in the process of doing that (AKA- no party/social life).
But I am goona hop off of here- My car is getting its oil changed and belts replaced and they called to tell me I need new tires and I have a choice between a $139 tire or a $87 tire. Hmmm the choice is hard. .............$87..........
